Cancer Support Community is dedicated to ensuring that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. CSC-CCC provides free of charge emotional and psychological support in the form of support groups, healthy lifestyle classes, educational talks, and more.

How to Join

We ask that anyone interested in joining our community complete the following steps:

  • Click ‘Get Started Today‘
    Enter your email address to create an online account. After creating your account please complete the Participant Information Form  and Release of Liability by selecting the link from the right menu options.

  • Consent Forms

    Please complete and submit the Confidentiality & Consent Packet linked in the Welcome email that you will receive after completing step one. You will be able to download a copy for your records.

  • Choose your Programs

    To join our community, please attend an online orientation meeting to learn more about our virtual services. Visit our calendar to register for a Zoom orientation.
